| 课程简介 | This course introduces current issues in international trade and finance with the aim to apply principles in international economics to real economic situation. Through extensive reading, discussion and writing, this course aims to motivate students to develop research themes that are relevant to real economic situation. The selected topics are intended for students to develop a global perspective and an understanding of different viewpoints toward important issues. Examples of discussion topics are current patterns, policies and institutions in international trade, global imbalance and economic recessions, etc. 这门课程主要介绍当前国际贸易和国际金融领域的热点议题，目的是让学生应用国际经济学的知识来分析实际经济问题。通过广泛的阅读、讨论和写作，这门课也鼓励博士学生从当前国际经济问题中寻找研究题目。所选择的议题也可以培养学生们用全球的视角来分析问题，并且了解针对重要议题的不同的分析角度。讨论的题目包括国际贸易的新模式、政策和组织构架；全球不平衡，经济危机等等。 |
